Monsters of HipHop is a family owned and operated business that prides itself on fostering a safe and positive environment and experience for everyone involved. Inclusion, diversity and respectfulness are just a few of our priorities as we strive to be a leader in everything we do.
Monsters mission is to bring hip hop and commercial dancers together with the industry’s top dance professionals in a fun and challenging environment that fosters self-fulfillment and career development.
The below document serves to outline Monsters’ policies and procedures related to abuse, anti-racism, bullying and expectations through a Code of Conduct. Monsters of HipHop rejects all forms of racism as destructive to our mission and values.
All Monsters Employees, Staff and Faculty receive training and education called Darkness to Light (also known as Stewards for Children) which focuses on training adults on how to prevent child sexual abuse.
No form of abuse will be tolerated and confirmed abuse will result in immediate dismissal from our organization.
