Dear Monsters Family,

First, thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to adapt and adjust to the ever-changing landscape caused by COVID-19. While we don’t want to inundate you with too many emails, we want to make sure we are effectively communicating as we receive new information.

As directed by the Santa Clara County Health Department, our Santa Clara event scheduled for March 20-22, 2020 was canceled. All registered groups and independent dancers should have received an email from us with options for credit or refund. If you have not received an email from Monsters regarding the Santa Clara event, please email us at info@monstersdance.com.

As of 3/12/2020 at 9 PM EST our Dallas scheduled for March 13-15, 2020 event has been POSTPONED. More info to follow via email. Please use this link for more information: dallas.monstersdance.com

As this situation continues to change hour by hour, we will continue to monitor and provide updates as needed for our remaining events for this tour. Again, we thank you for your patience and support. We recommend that everyone thoroughly read all correspondence and review the unprecedented measures we are taking at our Dallas event to address safety concerns. Should you still have additional questions, for the quickest response, please email us at info@monstersdance.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

We encourage everyone to review the current recommended guidelines as provided by the above organizations:

  • Urge anyone who is sick to not attend.

  • Encourage those who are at higher risk for serious illness to not attend. (Note: People at higher risk of severe illness include older adults and those with chronic medical conditions)

  • Encourage attendees to follow increased hygiene, such as:

    • Washing their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

    • If soap and water are not available, alcohol-based hand sanitizer can be used in a pinch

    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

    • Covering their cough or sneeze with a tissue - if available - or into their elbow

  • Clean surfaces with standard cleaners

We will continue to monitor this understandably stressful situation and will follow recommended guidelines. If you are unable to attend an event for the remainder of the 2019-2020 tour, please notify us in advance and we will be happy to hold a credit good for one year from the event in which you are registered. We can be reached at info@monstersdance.com or via phone at 888-566-6787.

Thank you for your long term support and look forward to seeing you in a tour city soon.

Sincerely,

Andy Funk
